What’s Wrong With America? A Metaphor About American Politics

I have a rusted out car up on blocks in my yard. It used to be an awesome car! I would love to restore it myself, but I am really busy watching American Idol and football. Money is pretty good so I decide that I will just hire someone to restore it for me. I promise myself it’s a priority and write a blank check.
